For this project we completed a feasibility study and the subsequent implementation of relocating staff and CIty Hall functions from their existing building to an available 7200 s.f. office bulding in the City of Coburg. This scope included interior and exterior improvements to satisfy egress and accessibility requirements, as well as tenant improvements to meet the programmatic needs and enhance the visual/experiential qualities of the space.
